Derrick Anthony Spatorico

I was referred to Derrick by a realtor. I only spoke with him once and the rest of my buying of my current home and selling of my previous home was done with a paralegal. They lost a few of my documents, they forgot to have me sign papers at both closings and they refused to communicate with me over ...the phone as I requested over and over. Emails only and they didn't care when you answered, even if it was time sensitive material. At the end of the closings I had asked Derrick to fix my deed as the seller required something I didn't want, and to set a Will for the property we just purchased. However, due to him being angry over my buyer playing games he decided to yet again just send an email stating my close was finalized and then ignored me on finishing the rest of my needs as discussed prior to closing. I have never cared for lawyers, and Derrick was no different then the rest of them. They want easy cases and they don't care about you as a person.

Derrick was recommended by my real estate attorney due to a problem that might need to be litigated in court. Derrick responded promptly to my emails and suggested a couple times to meet.
