David L. Murphy

I have known Dave Murphy, and had him representing me for over 22 years. He has also represented me both personally and my business. He beat them so badly that they decided not to request a second appeal at the highest level state appeals court in Albany. Dave won the trial and appeal in an honest and ethical manner. There were no deceptions or smoke screens, just the facts. When Dave is in court, he is extremely well prepared and hyper focused on the trial. I was so impressed how he outperformed a larger law firm representing a client with deep pockets. He is tenacious and in total control. He was impenetrable to the tricks they threw at him. He has a way of getting all the information he needs out of the witnesses without most of them realizing what he’s doing. Many of them stepped down from the witness stand dumbfounded. I was in awe of his trial skills! Dave is not only an ethical and technically astute attorney, he is a very down-to-earth, caring and compassionate human being.
