Christopher Robert Rodi

Chris Rodi  is an associate in the Business & Finance Department.  Chris focuses his practice in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law and corporate law & governance.  He has represented numerous start-up companies in their formation, early and late stage financings and corporate transactions.  He has also represented public and private issuers in capital formation transactions, and public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions.  Prior to joining Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP, Chris was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC in Palo Alto, CA.

Mr. Rodi is admitted to practice in the states of New York, Pennsylvania & California.
