Edward W. McClenathan

I went to the Mcclenathan law office to have several documents legally drawn up. Two were Real Estate transfers two were matrimonial and one was to vacate a frivolous judgment. The only items he addressed were the two documents pertaining to the matrimonial. I still question the accuracy of them. The... two Real Estate transfers were totally inaccurate with the names spelled wrong along with the information on the description. Also they were incomplete as he failed to place other necessary information on the documents. The vacate of judgment he never addressed. I immediately found another attorney to finish up the mess that Edward Mcclenathan left and did not complete. He was payed in full and refused to fulfill his obligations. He had another attorney contact me to represent him with all the confusion because of his lack of fulfilling his obligations.

Ed started out to be a very good attorney. He can argue a case like no attorney I have ever seen. His problem he has no follow threw and will not return calls; He is a 9 to 5 attorney. I hired him to appeal a case for me and he never completed it by the date it had to be done. So of course I lost my... money and the case.
