Assisting individuals with their long term care planning needs, such as the creation of trusts, implementation of gifting strategies, assistance with Medicaid applications and represention at administrative fair hearings.

Helping individuals create a plan for the distribution of their assets upon their death, determine whether charitable gifitng makes sense, protect their assets from estate/income taxes and restructure beneficiary designations. I also advise individuals as to what documents are necessary to protect them if they become incapacitated during lifetime.
