I hired dibble and Miller to handle a tax issue. They invited me in and acted very serious and said they could help me. I knew nothing about tax matters and was very ignorant. I gave them a $5,000 retainer. My tax issue was very easy to resolve. I ended up solving it myself. This law firm kept tellin...g me that so many other problems in my business were occurring and that they needed to fix things. All of these things were unnecessary. Jerry dibble wanted to show me how great his office was and how great his people were and how he was an all inclusive law firm that could handle anything. It’s all false. It’s all hype. If you need an attorney find an attorney who has a great reputation and will only do what work is needed. This law firm would never give me statements of what work was done against my retainer. I had to contact the nys appletate division to find out what to do. They fixed zero problems for me and I ended up solving the problem myself. Stay away from them is my opinion based on my experience.
