I recently started a small business and needed someone to help me with a few legal processes. Nathan Shoff reviewed a proposed lease for my location. The report he prepared was very thorough and professional. Every item on the lease was reviewed and potential issues were identified with recommendati...ons for each clause. Nathan was very knowledgeable and pointed out several issues that I never would have considered. With Nathan's report, I was able to work with the landlord and revise the lease to make it more acceptable to each of us.
