Stay away from this lawyer.
We used this lawyer for a house closing at the suggestion of the realtor. It has been almost 120 days and he has still not yet dispersed the money from the sale. Upon asking him he said that further contacts would cause him to charge extra money that would exceed the house procedes.

Replied last February 17, 2015The small amount of money (that is being held) is an Escrow that this individual and his ex-wife are fighting over, amongst themselves. This individual is fully aware that the Escrow may not be released without a Court Order, or by mutual agreement between this individual and his ex-wife. All other proceeds were paid to this individual immediately after the funds cleared.
