Marilee Green Sercu

I hired Marilee, for family court. I retained her for $13,000 dollars, I was put on the back burner and no attention to my case what so ever! She depleted almost 90% of the retainer within a few 30 min virtual court calls. I from the start asked to appeal a falsified cps indication 6 months prior to ...ever having the opportunity to make it to trial. She put it off until I went in the office and demanded she appeal the indication months go by and by the time we where would finally be able to get to trial nothing had been accomplished. She bought as much time as possible to deplete the retainer. I never had the chance to step foot in a court to present my case for a more fair visitation agreement. She did everything in her power to write off as much of the money as she could before hand. Marilee over estimated hours of "work" and double charged for secretaries/ assistants and her self to read/review emails and evidence critical to my case. Forcing me to feel I could no longer reach out to her as caught on to what she was doing. I did not even get to sit down with her to go over fact finding of the case it was all a scheme played out to deplete the funds with absolute no outcome what so ever forcing me to withdrawal my petition because the false indication from cps the judge was showing biased views from the start because of it. In the start I needed her to receive a transcript from Greece town court proving my innocence in a trial of the false allegations that where critical to the case. was told by her I’m sorry but I am not having any Luck tracking down the Transcript. I took it upon my self to do the leg work and receive it as I did. I went into the Greece town court house to be questioned why are you doing this your Attorny works for you. I would like a full reimbursement of my retainer to settle this. I am also filing with the • Fourth Judicial Department Attorney Grievance Committees
