OUTCOME: Federal felony charges were not pursued and seized firearms were returned to defendant / client.

Federal felony charge[s] filed against the client via a 40 page Complaint and Affidavit, plus seizure of large personal firearm collection, all for alleged failure to personally have a supposedly 'requ ... ired' FFL license in order to buy and sell the firearms for a personal collection built up over time as a 'retirement fund'. All firearm transfers were actually done through a licensed FFL in full compliance with all state and federal requirements.
