Cara Anne Waldman

I have dedicated my career to appellate practice, representing over 200 clients in family and criminal appeals at the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. I am detailed oriented and am skilled in all aspects of appellate representation as a solo practitioner. I have strong research, writing, and advocacy skills through my experience as an appellate attorney for over a decade. I also have a unique perspective as a prior clerk to the inner workings of the Fourth Department. Although I have focused my appellate practice on family and criminal appeals, my vast knowledge of appellate procedure and the skills that I have acquired over the past 14 years are easily transferrable to various areas of appellate practice.
