I retained this attorney. He did not advocate for me or did so poorly, and did not keep my informed of the status of my case. More often than not he took days to answer phone calls and emails, or sometimes didn't answer at all. I had to call or email multiple times to obtain important information s...uch as dates and times of hearings. In fact, my very first court hearing had to be rescheduled because my attorney didn't even show up, nor he notify myself or the court. It was humiliating to sit in the court room waiting and being asked by the judge where my attorney was and having to say "I have no idea." The case caused a tremendous financial burden and was dragged out indefinitely, had to practically beg for information regarding updates on my case. He didn't seem to have much concern or compassion for me or my case. If you're looking for a legal advocate who will fight for you, keep looking.

I worked with David three times and most recently in the last week which was a major case. He dealt with a lot of nonsensical things in this case and it seemed like he felt the same way I felt. He dealt with this case while in the midst of starting his own firm, something that can be quite stressful ...in itself. But while dealing with opening his firm and all other cases he was undertaking still took my case and it always seemed like that was number one in his mind. He worked harder that my last three attorneys and did not treat me like a walking dollar sign, he treated me like a human being and understood the stress I was under. What amazed me the most was after the case was settled he told me how he remembered when I walked into his office 2 years ago and how i was a nervous wreck. Today I can say he fixed everything and today I am living stress free. This is all due to his excellent knowledge and his by the book ethics. I would recommend David to anyone who needs help and would like to be treated fairly and not like money in his pockets. He never gives up and never gets lazy.
