Client is a citizen of an African country who is deaf and married another deaf person, a US citizen. Client was denied permanent resident status because there was a question that he was married once be ... fore in his home country before his current marriage. I became involved in his case and proved the truth of his current marriage and that he was not legally married in his home country to his first partner. Client also had to file a waiver application for alleged fraud upon entering the United States with a visitor's visa. Waiver case through proving extreme hardship to his current citizen spouse was approved and he received his permanent resident status.
