Employee injured while delivering product to customer. Suffered injury to hip, and ultimately diagnosed with joint inflammation as result of injury and/or effects of initial treatment of steroids. As ... a result, we claimed that employee was permanently totally disabled. Respondents contested condition was causally related to injury and that he was not totally disabled. Case went to a Formal Hearing (trial) and Commissioner found injured employee totally disabled and awarded past and ongoing total disability benefits and medical treatment. Employer and Insurance company appealed and Compensation Review Board upheld finding of total disability.
