OUTCOME: Non-infringement judgment

Patent infringement regarding a power converter circuit. The claim term "prior" was interpreted to require a useful delay in view of specification and judicial estoppel arguments. Early in case, Plain ... tiff was stripped of ability to pursue lost profits and infringement against several converter models. Claim construction earned stipulation of non-infringement and judgment was affirmed on appeal for our client.
