I represented a father on a removal case in which the mother wanted to move across the country with their infant child and the father wanted his child to remain in Massachusetts so that he could contin ... ue to actively participate in his child's life and watch his child grow up. After three days of trial, the court ordered that the child had to remain in MA stating that it was not in the best interests of the child to move given the significant relationship the child had with his father.
