Jack, his assitant Jackie and the front desk girl, Nicole were the best help I could get after my accident. Jack returned my call at night after getting my message. When Jack wasn't in I had Jackie and Nicole everytime I had a question or concern. If it wasn't for them I never would have got through... my case or got back on my feet. Hopefully I won't need them again but they Went above and beyond what I hired them for.

I hired him in Aug 2013. He sat me in a office and played as DVD for a long time. When he finally came he didnt look me in the eye. I asked him to help me get paid up to date and to get a lift from the carrier to a IME in Sept. He did nothing , no return calls ever ,no hearing date, no money ,nothin...g. The day before the IME no one was made available for transportation. I had to fire him to get the adjuster to talk to me. She upon receiving proof via fax sent a car for me. I drove to the comp board and got my hearing. I got myself paid up to our first hearing. He never called me before the hearing , never called me after I faxed him I fired him. He is impossible to get calls from. I was told someone broke their arm in the office in Sept that is why nothing was done. I was trying to return to work since sept 2013. I was only out for 2 weeks. They didn't want me back with any form of restrictions even thou my Drs and theirs said I could do the job I was hired for. That is part one. Part two he shows up at hearing walks in thou I didnt ask him too,. Then allows them to push the hearing off when they lied. Did nothing to protect my rights and started to remind me i donot make that much money and they do not have to take me back. Despite a excellent non issue work history.. The next hearing never heard from him and I get a call hour half before hearing saying dont go i can get you money and a release out of your job in one month what would you say? Guess that one month is now turning into 5 months. He had me make a trip to his office to sign paper work that was not there. He is by far the worse lawyer ive ever met in my life.... Unless you make boo koo bucks so h cane get his fees he cares nothing about you NOTHING. He is not a claimant lawyer that fights for you he is a insurance company lawyer.
