Terrible Attorney
When attorney was in PD Office. Never allowed me to see report. Attorney stated recommendation was no jail time. Attorney flat out lied and has no credibility.

my husband and i were both arrested for fighting in front of our children, alan was able to have all the charges dismissed as long as we both went to counseling and it has been helping alot.

Embarrassing
I asked Alan to help me seal my criminal record after the case was closed, and Alan was not able to do so. Alan was not in good standing with any of the judges or District Attorneys in Erie County that is why he was unable to do so. Alan should have told me this instead of misleading me. Alan prov...

Replied last January 25, 2013That's not true, you know that no matter what someone did or said against me I would still help then as best as I could no matter what, even if they violate probation I would do everything I could to help her no matter what she said against me no matter what.
