A personal injury case where Plaintiff made a left hand turn in front the Defendant when both parties had a solid green light. Plaintiff stated in her pleadings that she saw oncoming traffic and made h ... er turn any way. I represented the Defendant and won on summary judgment. Plaintiff appealed the case and the Appellate Court affirmed our summary judgment.
