OUTCOME: No basis to allegations
Client was accused by his ex-wife of adultery in an attempt to retaliate against my client. An investigation revealed her claims to be wholly without merit.
OUTCOME: Dismissed
In Colorado Springs, Colorado, my client was accused of six counts of domestic violence, child abuse, and harassment by his wife, who was actually the aggressor and had been assaulting my client for ov ... er a year. After thorough review of the evidence, witness interviews, and pretrial preparations, we were ready to go to trial and prove my client's innocence - even though that was not the requirement. However, on the day of trial, the complaining witness did not appear, despite a subpoena - perhaps, she was scared to face the truth in front of a jury of her peers. I made a motion to dismiss which the judge granted.

Officer Client was charged with dereliction of duty and negligent homicide surrounding a training death. I represented him at the Article 32 hearing and was able to secure a report from the Investigati ... ng Officer that recommended the charges be dismissed and my client not face any adverse administrative consequences. The Commanding General subsequently withdrew and dismissed all charges against my client, who has moved on to more challenging billet assignments.

OUTCOME: Not Guilty of Rape (Judge Alone Trial)
Officer client was accused by Ms. Ariana Klay of gang-raping her at her residence near the 8th & I Barracks. Evidence came to light through defense investigation and cross-examination that she fabricat ... ed the allegations to cover-up an affair with my client so that her husband would not find out. Normally, I would not mention the name of the complaining witness, but Ms. Klay is featured in an HBO movie called The Invisible War.
