I represented Major Hasan through the pre-trial process before he choose to represent himself. I aggressively advocated for a fair trial and achieved numerous favorable pre-trial rulings most notably ... the removal of the first judge for the appearance of bias and exclusion of a terrorism expert witness as unreliable. The terrorism witness had previously been accepted as an expert in Federal Court.
