The I-130 is normally filed with the I-485, I-765, I-131 and the G-325A - the filing fee is $1490 and if you use a law firm's services, the fees vary.
H1b cap-exempt transfer to another non-for-profit organization.

I agree with my colleagues, this shouldn't affect you getting a B-1 nor would the 2 year exclusionary rule be in effect.

You are able to travel abroad. To be on the safe side, travel with copies of the approval letters as well.

You should check with the Consulate which you plan on getting your J-1 to be sure that they will process 3rd country nationals.

I agree with my colleagues, merely having a company in the US does not afford you a right to get permenant resident status.

You should work with an attorney and the details of the arrest should be disclosed, with arguments made that it does not make you inadmissible...
