This was a he-said, she-said case between my client and a Houston Police Department Officer. Both individuals claimed they had a green light. There was video footage that showed the impact but did not ... show the color of the light as the cars were going through. Our client suffered numerous injuries because of the extremely hard impact. Jury found the city liable and awarded medical, pain and suffering, physical impairment, and mental anguish damages.
