Dan did our Irrevocable Trust, Powers of Attorney, Health Proxys, and updated out wills. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and so easy to work with.

A very positive experience!

My sister and I accompanied my parents to a Consultation with Dan regarding an overview of my parents' Wills, POAs and Health Care Proxies. Dan was very knowledgeable and was able to explain more recent laws that warranted some changes on my parents' documents. We then hired him to make the revision...s. He had drafts completed by the end of the day and we were able to meet with him a week later to review and have the forms signed. Dan made it a painless process for my parents.

Job Well Done

We hired Mr. Schuller to update our Will. One of Mr. Schuller's strengths is the ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while discussing a sensitive topic. His demeanor exudes patience and he never makes you feel rushed or hurried. I like that! Mr. Schuller articulates the law in a manne...r that's easy to understand and made sure all our questions were answered. It was obvious he has a strong knowledge of Elder Law as he took it upon himself to ask questions concerning matters we had not thought about and needed to consider. I would highly recommend and will certainly hire Mr. Schuller again as the need arises.

Total professional

Dan has been helped me navigate creating my will, health care proxy and power of attorney documents. His office has also helped me in closing real estate deals for my business. Total availability and professionalism are important to me and Dan delivers. He is my go to guy.
