I am an attorney dedicated to helping clients seek justice and fight for their rights. I am a former prosecutor, Iraq Veteran, and trial lawyer who brings service, duty, and experience to every case, securing meaningful outcomes for those I represent.
For Thomas, becoming a lawyer has always been about helping others seek justice and advocating for the rights of his clients. As a former prosecutor in the Suffolk District Attorney’s office, he gained insight into what is important to jurors, which helped him become an effective trial lawyer.
Thomas joined Cellino & Barnes in 2015—now Cellino Law—where he continues to represent injury victims across New York State.
A proud Iraq Veteran and former Army Captain, Thomas understands the importance of service and duty. He brings these qualities into the courtroom, where he has helped clients secure millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts.
