Empathy and experience

Incredibly experienced, empathetic and wonderful to work with. Made probate insanely easy in this difficult time

Worst lawyer ever

The dumbest lawyer in the history of lawyers. Can't keep the details of her clients correctly. Mails paperwork to the wrong addresses. Provided phone numbers for family members but claims its the wrong number. Held up probate for months just to charge more money. Sends an email with supposed lette...rs that were sent, yet wasn't received. Spent nearly 4 months delaying settling the estate due to her incompetence. Gets insulted because other professionals were consulted due to her lack of knowledge. Says she's been in the business for years and knows whats she doing. She is the worst . Save yourself aggravation and hire anybody but her. Why she's employed at that firm is beyond me.

While I am always open to receiving constructive criticism and feedback, I take exception to publicly posted, derogatory comments attacking my character, fitness and competency as a practicing member of the New York State Bar for over three decades. We occasionally experience difficulty during the probate process in locating heirs of the decedent, who are given the legal right to either consent or object to the probate of a decedent’s Last Will and Testament. In these instances we must exercise due diligence on behalf of the proposed executor to locate those heirs. If those heirs cannot be located, this can result in a delay in obtaining probate of the decedent’s Will. I always explain to my clients the potential delays which can be encountered throughout the probate process. While it is always the goal to make the probate process as seamless and expedient as possible, the law affords legal protection to all involved, which can lengthen the probate. I take pride in explaining to my clients what to expect throughout these matters and being responsive to their needs and concerns.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
