While defending lawyers and law firms against legal malpractice claims, Joshua observed firsthand the mistakes that can occur in personal injury cases. That insight has shaped him into an aggressive, detail-oriented attorney dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients.

A Long Island native, Joshua earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2001 and his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2004.
