Gregory Vincent Pajak

I am an attorney who believes hard work, clear communication, and honesty matter. After spending more than 15 years representing insurance companies, I saw how unfair the system can be for injured people. I joined Cellino Law in 2007 to fight for individuals, not insurers, and today I continue that work while helping ensure our clients receive the care and attention they deserve.

Gregory believes that hard work, communication, and honesty are essential to success, especially in the practice of law. He learned the value of hard work while putting himself through college and law school, working in his father’s small grocery store in Hamburg, New York. Through that experience, he met and spoke with thousands of people from all walks of life and came to understand that while everyone is different, all deserve to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

After law school, Gregory joined a civil litigation firm that represented insurance companies and defendants in personal injury lawsuits and trials. Gregory eventually became a partner and spent more than 15 years handling cases on behalf of insurers. During that time, he gained firsthand insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims, and saw how difficult it can be for injured individuals to compete on equal footing.

In 2007, Gregory joined Cellino Law, formerly Cellino & Barnes, to represent injured people rather than insurance companies. Today, as a managing attorney, he continues to handle his own cases while also working closely with other attorneys to ensure clients receive attentive, high-quality representation.
