Walgreen Employee Attacks Customer

I represented a customer who was attacked by a Walgreen employee. Customer suffered from multiple fractures to arms and legs. After research and discovery, we found out that the employee had a crimin ... al history of assaulting others, which Walgreens did not know because they did not perform an adequate background check. This case was settled between the parties. My client was very happy because she had two other attorneys represent her but were not able to settle the case.
