David Francis Butterini

I hired David butterini for bankruptcy. I told him I was a victim of domestic violence going for surgery for my hip and to please be patient with me as I will not be able to make all appts. He said he would be patient and he understood. He took my case. I kept paying him till all payments were made.... And the last payment because I missed an appt. Right before he was filing he wrote me a letter stating he could not continue with my bankruptcy because of missed appts. Mind you this was going on for a year. He never said a word till last payment. He sent me a check for about a third of the total I paid. I think as a disabled woman on disability. Who's life fell apart and I started losing everything I thought I could trust in him and his word as a professional. I must say I came to live here mainly because of the kindness fairness and caring of people. I'm changing my mind quickly. Now I need a lawyer. I have so many unpaid bills and judgements. I'm so let down and scared. He took my money that I had to save save save and SSI doesn't pay slot. Now what will happen. Only God knows and by the grace of God I will make it through this. If I could I would have gave him - Stars. Thank U
