We had started to create our wills on Legal Zoom, but we had many questions and no one to reliably answer them. Furthermore, I knew we needed additional documents (power of attorney, Health Proxy, etc.), but was not certain what they were. I received a referral to Fenster Lewis and Good from my ...financial planner. They specialize in estate planning, so I felt confident they could help us. We met with Zachary Kieser recently. He listened to all our needs, and made recommendations for a will, power of attorney and health care proxy. Zachary took his time and explained what we needed and how they should be written. He explained everything in plain English. We then met with him once more and signed all our documents. Zachary was a great help. I am glad we hired him. Several years ago he prepared a plan when we were raising our family ( for instance ,who would care for the children if my wife and I suddenly passed in a life tragedy) but now provides estate planning for those now adult children. Zach was incredibly helpful to myself and our family in the handling my mother's family trust. Several years ago my mother established a family irrevocable trust to place her home in Depew in.
