I have been an attorney for 20 years.  For the first 18 years I worked in a very high volume firm handling hundreds of cases at a time.  My practice has included Social Security Disabiity matters from application,to appeals in Federal District Court, and Bankruptcy matters including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases for individuals and small businesses.  I have also handled Long Term Disability Matters under ERISA abd debt settlment matters.  I sucessfully helped thousands of individuals with their disability and financial issues during that time.  

In February, 2014, I opened my own law practice and by doing so was able to handle and much smaller caseload and give my clients the personal attention that they deserve.  I have found a much greater sense of satisfaction and can truly enjoy the practice of law.  

My clients very often tell me that I am not like other attorneys because they feel very comfortable talking to me, they know that I care about their situation and they know that I am the person personally working on their case.  

With a smaller practice, I am able to provide flexibile appointment times in person. With a smaller practice, I can provide quick efficient and compassionate service to those with financial difficulties.  Finally, with a smaller practice, I can charge more affordable fees because I can obtain my clients by word of mouth and referrals from attorneys and prior clients, rather than television commercials.
