We retained Ms. Talmud to support our foster to adoption process through Erie County Family Court. It was a very complex and contentious case and we needed someone who could navigate family court adeptly while fighting for the best interests of our family. Rebecca made us feel comfortable from the be...ginning with her knowledge of the system, the court, and the players involved. She knew when to push and when to hold back both with other attorneys and in court to achieve the best outcomes. Rebecca gave us very good advice in how to manage throughout the process, was supportive in our (many) frustrations, and was also candid with us on where we needed to compromise in order to move forward to the ultimate goal of being able to adopt our children. She was open and frank about what was going on which we appreciated greatly in a situation where we had so often been in the dark. She brought us successfully to the adoption of our two beautiful children which before her support we were not sure was going to be able to happen. I strongly recommend her!!
