Kris J. Graham

As the co-signer for my son's very large student loan I recently landed in the cross hairs of the financial institution's collection department as a result of the loan's default status. I had no choices, they wanted the total balance Now! Facing a lawsuit I was desperate for some legal advise and... was referred to Kristin Graham through our local board for lawyers. During our first phone conversation Kristin listened to my situation, we reviewed options and we entered into an agreement for a plan. We agreed with the compensation arrangements of which I felt was very fair. Information was provided in a timely manner and I felt very confident with the progress. Within a short period of time Mr. Graham was able to negotiate a settlement from the bank which far exceeded my exceptions! It was more than a 50% reduction of the loan balance. This settlement keep me from having to apply for a home equity load. What a relief. My overall rating for Mr. Graham and his staff is a true reflection of my experience with this case which in simple terms carries a very high recommendation.

My husband and I had an enormous amount of debt, we were with another debt solution company who left us high and dry when we received five summons all at one time, they failed to do what they promised when we signed on with them. Their fees were enormous amounts that they did not make us aware of up... front and when we received the five summons they did not help us, We received letters from several attorney;s offices stating that they could help us with our problem. I sincerely feel that Kris and his partner saved my life and was very supportive in helping us to regain control of our future. All of our meetings were very productive, he handled any and all calls from creditors and he managed to help us to be debt free, My husband and I are feel very fortunate to have had a Kris Graham to guide us in our financial situation and more important to help find the solution with our judging us. We will always be grateful to Kris for helping us to have control of our future, Our first mistake was to get into debt, our second mistake was to not look for someone local.
