My appointment started 15 mins late and the secretaries kept on getting me confused by another client, asking me information that did not pertain to myself. My meeting was fair. Mr. Pope seemed knowledgeable on the issue I was working on, however spent less time consulting us during our hour visit a...nd more time outside of the room. The paperwork that we reviewed was supposed to be sent to another parties' attorney to be reviewed by them 2 days later. The other party went to their attorney's office for their scheduled appointment and had nothing to review. The paperwork from Mr. Pope's office never made it there. When I called to find out where the paperwork was, I didn't receive a follow up until the following day. Luckily, The other party was understanding of the issue and agreed to give me another day. I was able to find another attorney who was able to consult me over the phone, since I was out of town for business until Friday. The new attorney's office sent over the paperwork needed by the following day, even before Mr. Pope's office was finally able to.
