Edward J. Dinki

I am extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received from Edward Dinki. From start to finish, his communication was consistently poor and fell well below the standard I would expect from legal counsel. Mr. Dinki also misrepresented his practices and court protocols. Most concerning, he f...orgot my scheduled court date, arrived over an hour late, and took no accountability for this lapse. This alone reflects a serious lack of professionalism and diligence. Additionally, he failed to consult with me prior to speaking with the District Attorney. Without my input or consent, he independently attempted to pursue a plea discussion with a DA who had just been assigned to the case and had not yet reviewed the evidence. This decision was made without strategy alignment, preparation, or respect for my right to be informed and involved in my own defense. During our interactions, Mr. Dinki also attempted to speak down to me in a manner that was both inappropriate and ineffective. As an educated and informed client, I expect to be treated as a partner in my legal matters—not dismissed or condescended to. Overall, this experience demonstrated a troubling lack of communication, preparation, accountability, and client advocacy. I would not recommend Mr. Dinki to anyone seeking attentive, transparent, and client-centered legal representation.
