Client failed portable breath te ... st at scene of arrest. Client failed breathalyzer at the Travis County Jail. Part of defense was that client did not voluntarily consent to breath test and therefor the results were inadmissible. Various motions were filed, including a motion to suppress breath test evidence. The case was dismissed just prior to motion to supressing hearing in Travis County Court.
