Kathleen A. Crowley

Currently in a case with Kathleen A. Crowley as our Court Attorney Referee. She has yet to provide any intermediate help for either party involved. It has come to my knowledge that if one party is screaming and/or yellowing on a phone call, her only solution to nip it in the bud is to hangup on both ...parties. It's quite baffling that if we come prepared and present ourselves professionally, and the other party comes with no lawyer and a mouthful of bad traits -- Kathleen feels the need to express that she will hangup if the "other party" will not cool down. This type of action does not solve the safety and health of a child that is being dragged throughout the hearing. If anyone talked in a matter that was unprofessional, you would entirely lose the case. Well, that is not what is happening here. It might be time for retirement if the focus can not be about the child. Unacceptable!
