Our client was the passenger in a GMC pickup truck traveling southbound on Interstate 35. While at a complete stop, the pickup truck was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler tractor-trailer, forcing the pickup ... truck into a barrier where it bounced off into another 18-wheeler, crumpling up the three-quarter pickup truck like an accordion. The driver of the pickup truck was instantly killed.
