Most unprofessional attorney I’ve ever met

My experience with Paul was full of red flags; terrible attitude, spoke over top of me and walked out of the room without excusing himself multiple times during my $500 consultation (NO; it’s not free). Paul ran my credit card before I even had the retainer agreement read or signed (he flipped over t...he page with his $350/hr rate very quickly) and left me to sign the agreement. He re-entered the room multiple times huffing and acting impatient that it wasn’t signed immediately. I felt intimidated, frustrated, and completely taken advantage of. I should’ve trusted my gut and left instead of allowing him to take a full retainer. I fired Paul after 3 days, which he used $1,200 out of my $1,500 retainer to simply ADJOURN a court date for HIS OWN VACATION. I received a $310 refund for Paul to do absolutely nothing but disrespect and waste my time. He promised me that retainer would get me through “at least 3 months”. Im thankful didn’t have him represent me in the courtroom. I’ll also note that communication is a joke, his “receptionist” just screams your requests across the hall without putting herself on mute while you sit awkwardly listening to them shout at eachother

Terrible Experience

In my opinion he is the worse lawyer you can hire, there is a reason he is so cheap. He handled my bankruptcy and when he had to do something extra, he called my wife and I yelling that he is going to make a motion to dismiss and he doesn't care what we want. Told us to come to his office and fire hi...m. My father always said don't trust anyone that doesn't make eye contact with you and I should have listened to him. Loud and obnoxious. These are my thoughts, go to him and you will know what I am talking about within the first 5 minutes

Stay away

If you want to spend thousands of dollars on a coke head as lawyer he’s your guy! Will drain you and threaten to drop your case! Was only suppose to take 600 out of my bank account and took 1k without permission! Ended up paying over 11k to this joke! Glad I was able to help with your addiction scumb...ag!

Shady Crook

I hired him to do a bankruptcy. Over the phone the charge was $750. By the time we ended the appointment he jacked it up another $350 for other charges he "forgot" to tell me about on the phone when I clearly asked him if this was the complete cost. Then after I sent all my paperwork, he proceeded to... tell me that it would be another $10 for every creditor over 10. He forgot that part as well. I refused. The kicker is this: when you file for bankruptcy you have to do a Pre-Counsel and Post-Counsel to receive a VERY important certificate. I did the pre-counsel and the company had no problem sending Mr. Walier the confirmation. Afterwards, I again completed the post-counsel and received my certificate. Again, figured the company sent the post-counsel verification and certificate to him. Bankruptcy done right? Nooooo. I received a letter from the court saying it would not be discharged since they didn't receive the certificate. I immediately called my "Attorney" and he informed me with a chuckle "oh, yeah, this happens to my customers a lot" Did you catch that? "my customers"...."It will be $220 to re-open the file and $350 for my services....." I said thanks but no thanks I'll do it myself and hung up. This is clearly a financial scam he runs. I called the courts - I was sent a letter, which I did not receive or see but found out Mr. Walier received an electronic notice that they did not receive the certificate and he NEVER notified me. With regards to ethics and due diligence at most, and courtesy at the least, he should have followed up with me. He is an unethical attorney and a financial fraud artist. He should be disbarred. DO NOT RETAIN HIM!!!!
