Kathleen is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates.
Kathleen has a longstanding interest in administrative law and in helping the disadvantaged. She has also enjoyed her experiences as an adjunct professor at SUNY Buffalo Law School.
Kathleen lives in Kenmore, New York. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, reading, and exploring as many of Western New York’s outdoor activities as possible.

Compassion and Determination
Ms. Devereaux made sure I received the Social Security benefits I deserved. I recommend her for those veterans suffering with PTSD issues. You still feel like you are in charge of your case.
