Biography
I have been practicing law for over 30 years. My office consists of two lawyers, myself and Abe Omerhodzic. Also we have three paralegals, a nurse and an accountant. We are located in Cheektowaga New York five minutes from the Galleria Mall. I was past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers in which is was in between Albany and Buffalo fighting for changes in which benefit our clients. I teach continuing education for many lawyers. My favorite part of the job is the "chess like moves" each side makes during a trial. I have gotten my claim to fame from the results i've gotten during trials. Throughout the years my firm has helped thousands of hardworking individuals get the compensation they deserve. I am the type of person who will get to know each of my clients personally and go out of my way just to make your life easier. During cases there is a lot of paperworks and complications between insurance companies. My staff will take all that stress off your back and solve each problem in a timely mannor that works for you. Scan me, gave me the wrong information about how much I owe medical
How does your attorney make more money than you on your own settlement? Never heard that in my life. He is a con artist and told me false information. I asked him five times. How much do I owe my medical before I settled he told me amount and it turned out to be six times more.
