Mr. Brown, a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, is the Team Leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice. He practices in the area of bankruptcy and restructuring law including creditors’ rights, workouts, bankruptcies and reorganizations, secured transactions and asset-based financing. As part of that practice, he also advises extensively on lender liability issues, the structuring of highly leveraged financing transactions and environmental laws. Mr. Brown has been actively involved in many of the largest and most complex bankruptcies in the United States involving a wide range of business and industries. He has served as a panelist and lecturer at numerous national, state and local seminars for lawyers and bankers.
