Worst Encounter Ever

I am appalled by my experience with Wallace. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also dismissive of important issues, such as mental health disabilities and the well-being of children. I felt that she lacked empathy, downplayed my concerns, and failed to advocate for the principles of fairne...ss and family protection. Furthermore, her handling of the case demonstrated what I believe to be a lack of understanding of the law, with inconsistencies and statements that appeared misleading. A lawyer's role is to protect and support their clients, but my experience with her left me questioning her ability to do so. Based on this, I strongly believe she should reconsider her profession if she cannot uphold the ethical and professional standards required to serve families effectively.

My experience with Wallace Wiens

Yes Wallace does come off as very brash, and at time she appears to not care. However I've come to accept that she's just a no nonsense kinda woman (aside from her professional experience) She cut and dry but she's done more for me than the last court appointed attorney did. She actually put the work... in, unlike Gina vallone, (who did absolutely nothing and it was obvious that Gina didn't care at all!! Sometimes we have to put our faith in God and accept whatever the outcome is!! But to say "she's a terrible lawyer is simply not true!" We must also be mindful that she's only working with the information that she has on hand, and she has other case-loads. So I can honestly say "I felt that same exact way in the beginning, but not so much anymore. May you all be blessed in hopes that things turn out in your favor!! Its the family court system who's to blame because they simply don't give a hoot about what's really happening and important.

Family Court appointed attorney

I received this woman assigned to me by family court She was 30 minutes late to her phone conference with me She immediately accused me of being aggressive and rude. When I ask simple questionshe talked to be like I was an idiot and I had no understanding of the law because I didn't go to law school.... She mentioned how she didn't like me And pretty much how I am a bad parent Because I asked for certain things that were well within reason definitely working for the other side She called my child's mom a w#ore when I told her something 4 different times I would kindly say something a s she was there you go again with the aggressive approach I will be contacting the bar She then Quit being my attorney in her follow up email because she did not like my Proposal

Everything the other reviews said is how I feel

I can’t believe that every review I have read is exactly how she treated me. She was nice one time then after that, she was argumentative, seemed nonchalant, very condescending, and never seemed to be in my corner. She was appointed to me through assigned counsel. Our last conversation she told me, s...he is not a priest, a counselor, or my friend (pretty much insinuating she didn’t want to hear my explaination.) I had enough and filed a complaint. I have a new attorney now, hopefully he fights for what’s best for my children. As for Ms. Weins, I believe the bar needs to hear about her actions. They’re disgusting. She should not be practicing!

Worst attorney ever

Well we’re do I start. I firmly believe that Wallace could care less about her client or the child involved in any court case. My case is severe and should have many consequences. Instead it seems she’s on the other side. She yells and screams at you tells you things like to bad. Then messages you ba...ck saying she is sorry. Then asks me what I want her to do. Well I want you to represent me and the well being of my child. Well she doesn’t. She doesn’t even remember my daughters name half the time and argues with you. I will be notifying the bar association and forwarding the messages I’ve gotten from her in regards to my case. I wish you well Wallace but you should honestly find another career or seriously sit down and take your clients feelings and proof provided and do your job. By the way your fired.
