I am a NY cannabis licensing and compliance attorney. I have helped clients apply for conditional cannabis licenses, general adult use cannabis licenses, and hemp licenses, successfully receiving those that types that have been made available to date. I guide clients through the various state and local hoops that are required to start a cannabis business.
My focus is on helping small and entrepreneurial businesses to succeed and working with local governments on overcoming the stigma that cannabis businesses can still face. Regardless, I'm happy to work with anyone that wants to build up, take part, or advocate for the cannabis industry in New York.
