Professional and Supportive Legal Guidance

I hired Attorney Nicotra for my accident case, and he helped me throughout the entire process. He was professional, patient, and always made sure I understood every step. BEST PERSONAL INJURY ATTY EVER!

Rick and his persistent staff empowered me through a tough time after an auto accident injury. Auto Accident Case

After being involved in a rear-end collision, I assumed my insurance company would take care of it, since the other driver was clearly at fault. Unfortunately, I was wrong. After getting nowhere with the insurance companies, I met with Rick Nicotra for a free consultation. He took my case without... hesitation, and immediately got the ball rolling. Throughout the process, the insurance company offered several low-ball figures, which we rejected. It was clear the firm was ready and willing to take my case to trial to get the compensation they felt I deserved. Rick kept me in the loop the whole time and explained his rationale for his course of actions. At the end of the day, he secured a settlement for more than 3 times the initial offer. I can’t say enough about this law firm. Not only are they relentless advocates for their clients, but they're truly genuine people who treat you like family. Call them today, you’ll thank me later!

Auto Accident

A few years ago, Richard (Rick) Nicotra represented me after I was involved in a car accident. I suffered a lower back injury, which was new to me after years of athletics. I had never been involved in a personal injury case like this and didn't know the process, but a family member recommended I g...o see Rick just to get some guidance. From the first meeting in his office, Rick and his staff made me feel comfortable. Rick took the time to walk me through the process, explained the various possible outcomes, and answered all my questions (and there were many!). I put my case in Rick's hands that same day and I have never regretted that decision. My case took some time, but Rick was able to bring it to a positive conclusion for me and my family. Rick's knowledge of the law, skill as an attorney, and attention to the client have made me recommend him to numerous people since he handled my case. I hope I never need his services again, but if something happens it's good to know he's there. You don't know how important it is to have a great lawyer until you really need one...and Rick is one of the great ones!
