Neil Adam Diegelman

Neil Diegelman focuses his practice on the defense of a wide range of workers’ compensation claims. His experience includes gathering claimant testimony; conducting depositions of medical and other experts; handling hearings before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board; drafting and submitting appeals, rebuttals, and memoranda; and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. Neil’s varied legal background includes working as a hearing attorney with New York State's Special Funds Conservation Committee. He also has experience litigating personal injury matters (on behalf of plaintiffs) and has worked with an e-discovery company to provide strategic review of litigation and documents relating to class action lawsuits involving pharmaceutical, securities, and tort law.

Neil graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he was an editor of its Journal of Gender, Law & Social Policy and Environmental Law Journal. He also held an internship with the City of Buffalo’s Law Department.
