About Gabrielle Foley

Ms. Foley is an associate in the litigation department of Phillips Lytle, LLP. She concentrates her practice on medical issues in pharmaceutical and biologic products liability litigation, with special expertise in epidemiology. Ms. Foley serves as counsel on mass tort litigations, developing strategies to rebut claims of disease causation. She holds a Master of Public Health degree, and a Ph.D. in epidemiology.
