With a focus on developing long-term relationships, we represent individual entrepreneurs and businesses, small and large, in all stages of the business life cycle. We have a particular emphasis on legal issues impacting startups, nonprofit entities and small businesses. We prepare and review contracts and agreements, and advise on the selection, formation and financing of business entities, including New York Limited Liability Companies (LLCs).
