When we came into the office, only the secretary was present and could not answer any question. I was rushed into signing my name off the house deed and Will and put into a Quit Claim Deed for my sister to inherit everything. Quit Clam Deed are written in Old English and hard to understand. My sist...er and mom put pressure on me to sign or else....I called the next day and asked to speak to this atty for several days and when he finally called me back he stated that he is my mom's attorney not mine and this cannot be changed.. I did not know what my rights were as far as me bringing an atty into another atty's office when they made the appt. but he was not present or willing to answer any questions reg. signing of this document for me before or after signing my inheritance away. I tried calling another attorney before I signed and could not get an attorney to represent me. I tried getting another attorney afterwards who would not represent me since it was already signed. Now my mom has died and my sister has inherited everything and me and my other sister is left out of will. The sister that inherited everything is maliciously being vindictive in every area because my mom has given her all the authority over her estate during this transaction.on this day. I had no representation and Mr. Abarno's office secretary proceeded to get my signature on this Quit Claim Deed and either signed or rubber stamped his name on the form. He was not present in this room.
